Frank is currently a master’s student at Technological University Dublin, Ireland studying Electronic and Communication Engineering. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Makerere University which he received in 2018. He also holds a Diploma in the same field and a Certificate in Information Technology from the Uganda Institute of Information and Communication Technology Nakawa. He was also awarded a certificate in Cisco Enterprise Networking from UTL Technologies Ltd Bengaluru India. Frank has other certificates for Mikrotik networking which include MTCNA and MTCWE. He is also an ambassador Africa Code Week (ACW) and Africa Talent Bank (ATB) in Uganda as well serving as a member, school management committee for St. Kizito Mugigi Kyamuliibwa Primary School, Kalungu District. He is an energetic, responsible, and reliable engineer and educator. He enjoys teaching, mentoring, and supporting engineering students as well as carrying out research on his initiative. He has demonstrated good leadership skills in both work and academic environments, Frank works well, either on his own or with other people in a team environment. He is a highly competent telecommunications and ICT professional with strong technical skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.
